What are your business hours for phone communication?

We are available for phone consult Monday to Saturday 9am-7pm unless the team is out on assignment.

How soon can I expect a quote about services requested?

As we value you and your business, please allow 1-2 business days for a response.

How do I reserve a booking?

Once details are confirmed, a 50% retainer is paid through our secure website. 

If I cancel do I receive my deposit back?

The retainer is non-refundable as it covers any loss in the form of lost bookings. However we do understand that that unforeseen events can occur so we try to work on alternatives if possible.

What form of payment do you accept?

Currently, we accept Bank Transfers, PayPal and Cheque.  


Are you open to travel?

Yes, we love to travel. All travel and accommodation fees would be quoted separately from our collection prices.

Do you charge for down time?

The prices of our collections are set for consecutive hours of photography & videography. Any down time extending beyond 30 minutes will be charged a fee.

When will my wedding photos and video become available?

We know how excited you are to see the final product, so we do our best to provide it in a timely manner. Photos take about 4-6 weeks from the wedding date and films take about 8-12 weeks. 

Can you just email me a few images?

A lot of work goes into the images after the actual session is done and it sounds easier to just send a few images then it actually is. We will try to provide a sneak peak, but otherwise we concentrate very hard to provide you with your images in the promised time frame

Can I get my wedding video any sooner?

Yes you can. We offer Rush Editing Services at an additional cost.
